When Maritz Corporation asked us to partner with them to deliver three MVP global recognition programs around the world for HP – we jumped right in. This in and of itself was a big undertaking, as the MVP program involved three separate events – one for each of HP’s global regions (Asia/Pacific, Americas and Europe). The first event was held in Singapore with the second one following closely on its heels in San Diego, CA and the final one in Barcelona, Spain.
For each recognition program, Jupiter was commissioned to produce an on-site closing video that captured the spirit and camaraderie of all of the MVP recipients. Jupiter’s cameras captured every moment of every activity – starting with the arrivals and welcome receptions – continuing with the business meetings and fun activities such as bicycle excursions, golf outings, and boating trips – and ending with the global recognition dinners, where every attendee received their individual award. Because each event was only two and a half days long, Jupiter worked around the clock to edit each program into a rousing 4 – 5 minute closing video that celebrated the contributions and commitment of each and every award winner.
In addition to the closing videos, Jupiter also designed and produced customized walk-in wallpaper loops for the business meetings and recognition dinners and also provided on-site photography services for all three events. As many MVP winners attested to, the closing video was a perfect way to celebrate their collective accomplishments while looking forward to future successes.
