Dassault Systèmes chose a fitting venue to deliver its “business in the age of experience” message to North American customers – the glamorous Cosmopolitan Hotel of Las Vegas.
Over 900 of their most strategic accounts, partners, and analysts gathered in Las Vegas November 12-14. Executives representing Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Honda, Textron, Lockheed Martin and others learned how Dassault Systèmes delivers innovative experiences to consumers through the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. And for the first time, video of the show was streamed live to customers, employees and prospects across North America.
From visual design to content flow, Jupiter helped deliver a beautifully orchestrated and memorable experience to attendees. As a ten-year strategic partner for Dassault Systèmes, Jupiter collaborated with Audio Visual Advantage, a premier staging company to produce the general session. Accounting for every moment of the show, Jupiter worked closely with clients to develop the show flow that helped ensure a flawless execution.
Throughout the venue, the Cosmopolitan Hotel of Las Vegas’s numerous massive 4K digital screens were brought to life with stylized motion graphics, leading attendees to the 3000-seat Chelsea Theater – transformed into an intimate stage for this audience. The result? A new level of sophistication and high-visibility use of technology was delivered at the event.
To close out the event, attendees were treated to an energetic highlights video that was produced on-site by Jupiter Productions. The video showcased attendees and depicted memorable moments and take-away messages. The video was well received, delivering the perfect ending to the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Forum.
